Breakfast / morning ritual
I love a good morning workout followed by a delicious serving of overnight oats with coconut milk, peanut butter, dates, and a ton of berries. It puts me in a great mood and sets the tone for the rest of my day.

Workout outside of XYZ
I love boxing as I feel it is such a good escape from the outside world. I also enjoy hiking and yoga.

What’s your release?
Catching up with friends over a glass of red wine, or reading a good book in bed.

Go-to power snack in the afternoon
Acai bowl!!!! Obsessed! Especially from Supabowl with Rose Pistachio granola, YUM!

Evening wind down
I am such a foodie, so I love getting together with good friends and family to try out all sorts of restaurants. I also love a chill movie night in.

Favourite going out place
I love all the little hidden gems around Sai Ying Pun and Soho area!
