Breakfast / morning ritual

Starting my morning with a big mug of hot water and lemon is an absolute must for me. Perfect for flushing out toxins and kick starting the day. Followed by meditation. This is a big part of my wellness routine - I use the app Headspace daily! I’ve been consistently starting my day with meditation for 3 months and have noticed a huge difference. I feel so much calmer, lighter and balanced through out the day. 

Workout outside of XYZ / morning stretch
Strength training in the gym, around 5 times a week.  When living in London I would always check out different fitness boutiques once a week from yoga/TRX and HIIT.  So looking to do the same here! 

What’s your release?
Spending time with my family and friends. I am very close to my family, so now that I am living in Hong Kong having that scheduled Face Time call is just THE BEST! 

Go-to power snack in the afternoon
Rice cakes with almond butter and sliced banana... YES!!

Evening wind down
A nice, relaxing bath or chilling on the sofa with Netflix.

Favourite going out place
I have only been in Hong Kong for 3 weeks so I’m still exploring. Let me know of where I should go!

Favourite spin track
Forever and always by JDG X Samuel James- MUMBAI.  It gives me goosebumps every time.

A great combination with RESISTANCE!!!
