Breakfast / morning ritual

It starts with a morning stretch for 5-10mins, feed my cat Tyger, make my bed & wash up! Then it’s time to make a tea, vocal warmup (aka sing to Tyger), listen to my playlists while packing my bag, then go!

Workout outside of XYZ / morning stretch
I like to do Yoga 1-2 times a week, gym/ TRX workout 2-3 times a week and maybe go for a run if my legs aren't too tired. My goal this year is to get back into dance classes and take up gymnastics. 

What’s your release?
All my life I have loved singing and playing or listening to classical or jazz music. So to take my mind away from any stresses, I dive into the world of music by listening, feeling and singing. Breaking down the music by listening to the changes in dynamics and harmonies, key changes and time signatures to recognising the composer and instruments being played. I release my creative energy by allowing my mind and soul to focus on something I love.

Go-to power snack in the afternoon
Cheung fun and a Vita Ceylon tea.

Evening wind down
Cook and consume dinner, reply to any messages or comments on social media, stretch and roll and listen to more music! 

Favourite going out place
Normally at one of my friend’s places, where we just chill, eat a good vegan/vegetarian meal, watch our favourite TV shows and hang with the cats and dogs. I love animals! 

Go-to power song
Britney Spears "Slumber Party" original and all remixes!

Favourite spin track
Climbs, so I can do my combos.

Favourite spin move
My XYZ combo, come to class to try it out  or keeping it simple with a solid tapback.
