Breakfast / morning ritual

Morning ritual consists of drinking a fair amount of water and making myself a nutritious smoothie containing water, milk, a banana, honey, oats and protein powder. I then read the news online on BBC and also catch up with the sport.

Workout outside of XYZ / morning stretch
Various activities such as golf, football (soccer), swimming, weight lifting 3 or 4 times a week.

What’s your release?
Playing a round of golf or hitting hundreds of balls on a driving range tends to be my ‘release’. I also enjoy ‘letting go’ throwing punches on a punch bag every now and then.

Go-to power snack in the afternoon
A double espresso usually does the trick, or a cheeky froyo is ideal. 

Evening wind down
Supper, bath, feet up, netfllix and chill.

Favourite going out place
I enjoy hiking, beaching, cliff jumping, cinemas. 

Go-to power song
Seven Nation Army (Glitch Mob remix) - The White Stripes 

Favourite spin track
Jumps or heavy climbs.

Favourite spin move
Combination of tap back and push up.
