How early do I need to arrive before class?
For First time riders please arrive 15 minutes before class and at least 5 minutes for regular riders. Late arrivals will not be permitted to ride.
What should I wear?
Form fitting workout clothes. We would also recommend compression and cycling pants.
Do you provide shoes?
Yes. Shoe rental is complimentary with all rides. Regular shoes are not allowed. For those who have their own road cycling shoes, you will need to have Look Keo cleats. They are available for purchase at the studio.
Do you provide towels?

Yes, we also provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.
Do I need to bring water?
Water is available for purchase and there is also a water fountain for your use to fill up your bottle.
What is the minimum age to ride a class?
The minimum age to ride a class is 14 years old. All riders who are between the age of 14-18 must present a signed parental consent form in order to be able to ride. Anyone who is 152cm (5 feet) or below will not meet bike requirements.

Are you open on public holidays?
Yes - at a reduced schedule. Please check online before coming to the studio for the updated schedule.
What type of music do you play?
A wide variety of music - 80's, 90's, pop, rock, house, hip-hop to classical music and everything in between. You can check out our instructors' playlist at http://www.youarexyz.com/playlists
Do you have a class for beginners?
We have 3 types of classes. BREATHE is a class that involves mindful movements on the bike with meditative and extended stretching tracks that provide a great introduction to the art of Spinning. GROW YOUNG is a steadier resistance and slower pace, focusing on building stamina. BORN TO MOVE has a faster pace with lower resistance on the bike. We would recommend riders who are new to spinning to begin with BREATHE or GROW YOUNG.
Can I ride if I am pregnant?
Our recommendation is to avoid riding in the first and last trimester. If cycling is also not already part of your workout routine, then it is not something we recommend you to start doing while pregnant. It is best to consult with your doctor and the final decision is yours!
What should I do if I need to cancel my class?
We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for all rides. Any late cancellation will result in the class not being re-credited to your account.
What should I do if I am sick and cannot ride a booked class?
Please contact our Customer Service team firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellations you can't do online.
What is the expiry date of my series?
Each series package has their own distinct expiration date. The “expiry date” shown is the day the series is invalid. Thus, the final class taken must be the day before the specified date of expiry.
What should I do if I would like to extend my series?
Please contact our Customer Service team email@example.com for any extensions.
What if I am late?
Riders will not be permitted to enter the studio once the class has started.
