How early do I need to arrive before class?
For First time riders please arrive 15 minutes before class and at least 5 minutes for regular riders. Late arrivals will not be permitted to ride.

What should I wear?
Form fitting workout clothes. We would also recommend compression and cycling pants.

Do you provide shoes?
Yes. Shoe rental is complimentary with all rides. Regular shoes are not allowed. For those who have their own road cycling shoes, you will need to have Look Keo cleats. They are available for purchase at the studio.

Do you provide towels?
Yes.

Do you have shower facilities?
Yes, we also provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.

Do I need to bring water?
Water is available for purchase and there is also a water fountain for your use to fill up your bottle.

What is the minimum age to ride a class?
The minimum age to ride a class is 14 years old. All riders who are between the age of 14-18 must present a signed parental consent form in order to be able to ride. Anyone who is 152cm (5 feet) or below will not meet bike requirements.

Do you have private classes?
Private classes can be arranged by contacting our Corporate Manager, Dionne Lee via email at dionne@youarexyz.com

Are you open on public holidays?
Yes - at a reduced schedule. Please check online before coming to the studio for the updated schedule.

What type of music do you play?
A wide variety of music - 80's, 90's, pop,rock, house, hip-hop to classical music and everything in between. You can check out our instructors playlist at http://www.youarexyz.com/playlists 

Do you have a class for beginners?
We have two types of classes: 'Grow Young' which is steadier resistance and slower pace and 'Born to Move' which is lower resistance and faster pace. For beginners, we would recommend you to try our Grow Young class first.

Can I ride if I am pregnant?
Our recommendation is to avoid riding in the first and last trimester. Also if cycling is not already part of your work out then it's not something you should start doing while pregnant. This is just a recommendation, the final decision is with you, as always it is best to consult your doctor.

What should I do if I need to cancel my class?

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for all rides. Any late cancellation will result in the class not being re-credited to your account.

What should I do if I am sick and cannot ride a booked class?
Please call front desk to advise you will not be attending the class. 

What should I do if I would like to extend my series?
Please notify front desk to discuss further.

What if I am late?
Riders will not be permitted to enter the studio once the class has started.
