Customer Service Agent

Job requirements:

  • Full fluency in spoken English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a customer service based role. 
  • Strong confidence in customer service and results-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
  • Maintain a positive attitude and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Able to work on shift, on weekends and public holidays
