Katt’s mission as a teacher is to help you develop the confidence needed to explore your mind, body and breath experiences which support your life, on and off the mat. Her intention is to provide you with a warm and comfortable environment which allows you to experiment with yoga at your own pace in a manner that best suits your needs and interests. Katt provides classes which are fun and vigorous yet relaxing. She is an expert in motivating and challenging her students beyond their limits and to be the best version of themselves.
