Tara began practicing yoga regularly since 2011, and was instantly drawn to the flow of the movement. She soon started to feel the benefits of all elements of the practice. To her, yoga is not just physical, but also about connecting to the breath, the mind and the body.
As a professional dancer, movement has always been a big part of Tara’s life. She believes consistency is key. A consistent practice will help with physical improvements and mind focus, leading to introspection and personal growth.
