Class types

A Good Foundation


A class that fuses pilates and yoga together. The class aims to break down the yoga asanas with some key concepts of pilates such as spinal movements, breathing and proper core engagement. A great foundation to make intermediate to advanced yoga asanas more accessible and practiced in a safer way.

Core + Handbalance

We move and train in a playful manner in this class. Exploring basic gymnastics skills to build better body awareness and coordination. Be prepared to feel your own weight against gravity and walk out of the class feeling stronger and mobile.

Grounding Your Roots

Hatha yoga

Your roots are your foundation. In this class, you will work on the alignment, strength building and body awareness needed to prepare you to find the feeling of lightness to float into intermediate poses. The root of your practice takes time and patience, strength doesn't come easy. Put in the work and grit to discover a lighter side of your practice.


Power Vinyasa yoga

A vinyasa flow class to rinse and cleanse the mind, the body, and the soul. Washing away stress's and worries through movement. A chance to get out of your head and in your body.

Strength to Grow

Vinyasa yoga

Get a great sweat going while building strength, stability, and flexibility. Ladder flow is an efficient and modern practice with a central vinyasa to neutralize your spine while stacking new poses every round (ladder). Enjoy internalizing and learning new movement patterns and flows.

Strength to Grow 2.0

Vinyasa yoga

Your favourite ladder flow in an extended format. Class is 2 hours and aimed for intermeditate practitioners.

Yogi’s choice


A workshop style class focusing on learning specific themes of poses and movements. Progress safely and confidently using props with correct alignment to develop better mind-body connection.

We Are The Moon


Despite the seemingly intimidating perception of contortion everyone can practice this art form in their own way. This class aims to introduce the basic techniques used in contortion training, along with the strength conditioning exercises. Students can challenge themselves and practice under a safe environment with proper guidance.

Upside Down

Inversions and arm balances (yoga)

An introduction to going upside down. Inversions can be scary but getting rid of the fear and turning it into I CAN, can be powerful! Practice headstand and tripod headstand in a safe environment. The class will start by warming up the body through breathwork and a vinyasa sequence aimed to prep your body for going upside down.

Vinyasa yoga

A skill-based vinyasa yoga class: a chance to build confidence as we learn new skills. Be held in a safe environment to play and explore the possibilities of your practice. A chance to drop into the body by building more awareness as we find new ways to move.

YIn Yang

Balance the yin and the yang elements to find harmony within our bodies. This practice combines slow paced yin yoga with the traditional yang yoga. Focusing on alignment, building power and heat while promoting relaxation and healing inside out.



A mat based workout that focuses on proper alignment with an emphasis on core strength and breathing. Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness.

How to Yoga

Yoga foundations

An introduction to yoga. We lay the foundation for your practice where we go through the basics and break everything down in bite-size pieces. Whether you are completely new or have done some yoga before, after a few classes you will feel confident joining any yoga class with a deeper understanding.


Low-impact weight training

This class is a low-impact weight-focused fitness class. We target and train our major muscle groups, improve core stability and increase muscle strength.
