1. Download the XYZ App: Sign up for a new account (or log in if you’re already part of the family).

2. Find Your Package: Head over to the “More” tab, click “Buy New Packages”, scroll down to the complimentary package that you were offered, and click “Select and Continue”.
3. Agreement Terms: After selecting your package, add a signature and click “Agree and Proceed”; you will be directed to the purchase page. 
   
4. Apply Your Code: Enter your promo code at checkout, click APPLY, and complete your purchase.
