Wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to stretch fully without restriction. Since these classes focus on relaxation and slow movement, you may want to wear layers to keep comfortable, especially if you choose a cooler spot in the room.
Bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide all the specialized equipment, including premium mats, blocks, and massage tools.
2. I am experiencing a lot of physical soreness. Is it better to rest or attend a recovery class?
Unless you have an acute injury that requires medical rest, light movement is often the best remedy for tight, sore muscles.
