From New York, Edith started practicing yoga consistently in 2006, leading to profound physical and mental transformations. Now a highly experienced, certified yoga teacher based in Hong Kong with over a decade of teaching experience, her approach combines mindful body awareness with a strong emphasis on alignment, breath, and functional movement. Edith completed 500 hours of advanced training by 2012, alongside specialized pranayama and meditation certifications.
