Signals Issued DURING Studio Hours

• Ongoing Class: Will finish as scheduled.

• Subsequent Classes: We will assess local safety conditions and announce if upcoming classes proceed or are canceled.

• Cancellations & Credits: If a class is canceled or if you choose to cancel your booking, message us and your class credit will automatically return to your account.

Signals Issued BEFORE Studio Hours

• The studio will remain closed while signals are active.

Reopening After Signals Are Lowered

• Standard Reopening: We aim to reopen within 2 hours after signals are lowered.

• Late-Day Cutoff: If signals are lowered 3 hours or less before the last class of the day, the studio remains closed.
