BUILD

A foundational full-body strength class focused on lifting, resistance training, and controlled progressive overload. Expect dumbbells, bodyweight work, and structured strength blocks designed to build muscle, improve form, and increase overall power and endurance.

BUILD & BOX

A full-body strength class that combines foundational lifting with rhythm-based air boxing. You’ll still build strength through dumbbells and resistance work, but with added upper-body cardio, coordination, and boxing-inspired sequences timed to the beat for a faster, more dynamic flow.

BOOTY & ABS

A high-energy, beat-driven class using ankle weights, booty bands, steps, and dumbbells designed to lift and build the glutes while developing deep core strength and visible ab definition. Expect targeted resistance work, tempo training, and controlled movement for real results. Set to powerful music and nonstop energy, this class builds strength, definition, and a more sculpted physique.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a low impact, full body workout that blends continuous movement, endurance, and musical timing into one Big powerful class. With nonstop reps, time under tension, and progressive sequences, you will challenge your body while staying connected to the rhythm and your breath. Expect a sweaty, high-energy experience that builds strength, stamina, and body awareness.

MAXOUT

Step into MaxOut for a full-body training session built on power and strength. Using AMRAPs, EMOMs, burnouts, and drop sets, this class combines dynamic strength flows with unique programming to target muscle burnout and keep you working hard to exceed your limits. The result is a challenging class that will push you to your max!

1. Do I need prior experience with weightlifting or gymnastics to join?
Not at all! All of our strength classes are designed to be entirely scalable. Whether you are lifting a dumbbell for the first time or practicing your first inversion drill, our coaches provide regressions and progressions for every single movement so you can work at your own experience level.

You are always in control of your resistance. We use a variety of dumbbell weights and progression drills, and our coaches will guide you to a weight or modification that challenges you safely while maintaining perfect form. No one will ever push you beyond what feels right for your body!

Yes, but please let the coach know before the class begins. Because these sessions involve resistance and impact, knowing your limitations allows the coach to easily adjust specific exercises — like modifying a shoulder press or a jump — so you can keep moving pain-free.

Absolutely. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels, and you never need to “get in shape” before joining us. Our strength classes are designed to be entirely scalable. In Build or Build & Box, you can start with light dumbbells, or no weights at all, while you master the technique. In our high-energy conditioning classes like Maxout, the time-based formats allow you to move entirely at your own pace. Our experienced coaches are always on the floor to make sure you feel challenged, safe, and confident.
