A low-impact, Pilates-inspired workout focused on balance, control, breath work, and full-body strength. Using minimal but intentional equipment including bands, yoga balls, and yoga blocks, expect slow, controlled movement designed to lengthen, strengthen, and improve stability.

Take Sculpt & Tone to the next level with added resistance, continuous movement, and full-body strength work. Using light to medium dumbbells and ankle weights alongside yoga blocks. Expect rhythm-based flow sequences designed to build strength, control, endurance, and stability through nonstop intentional movement.

Sculpt is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to lean, define, and shape your entire body. Instead of heavy lifting, it uses light resistance like ankle weights, bands, and Pilates balls combined with high-repetition, controlled movements. Inspired by the best elements of Pilates and barre, Sculpt targets both large and small stabilizing muscles to create a long, elegant silhouette while noticeably improving your posture.

We recommend form-fitting, comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely and lets our instructors easily check your alignment during the movements. You can practice entirely barefoot, or you can wear specialized grip socks for extra stability on the floor and barre.
4. Can I attend if I am recovering from an injury?
Yes, but safety comes first. While our Sculpt sessions are entirely low-impact and gentle on the joints, please ensure you have your doctor’s clearance before joining us. Just inform your instructor before the music starts so they can provide seamless modifications to keep your workout safe and effective.
