What should I expect at my first XYZ Hong Kong fitness or yoga class?

Expect a welcoming, judgment-free vibe! Please arrive 15 minutes early so our team can show you around our Hong Kong studio and help set up your spin bike or mat. All XYZ spin, HIIT, yoga, and Pilates-based sculpt and tone classes are open-level, letting you move entirely at your own pace.

Pack light! We provide almost everything you need for a premium workout so you don’t have to lug a heavy gym bag around Hong Kong.

Bring: A water bottle and comfortable athletic wear.

We Provide: Premium mats, towels, workout equipment, and fully stocked toiletries to freshen up after.

Footwear: We practice barefoot in our yoga, HIIT, and Pilates-based sculpt classes. For spin (indoor cycling), complimentary shoe rental is included!
