About Casey
Casey is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and emotional wellbeing guide. Her work is rooted in the belief that movement can be a powerful doorway back to ourselves.
After discovering yoga during a challenging period in her early twenties, Casey experienced firsthand the profound impact of mindful movement and inward awareness. What began as a physical practice soon evolved into a lifelong exploration of growth, self-awareness, and embodied healing.
In her classes, students can expect fluid movement, creative sequencing, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity over perfection. Beyond the physical practice, Casey believes the lessons we cultivate on the mat are meant to support how we show up in everyday life, helping us feel more connected, present, and at home within ourselves.
