1. I am inflexible. Can I still do yoga?
Yes, absolutely. This is the biggest misconception about yoga! You don’t need to be flexible to start; you practice yoga to gain flexibility, mobility, and strength. Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and use props (like blocks and straps) so every pose works for your unique body.
2. What style of yoga is best for beginners?
If you are brand new, we highly recommend starting with our Backcare or Yin classes. For a slightly more dynamic practice, try our Flow into Yin class. That said, all our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will offer adjustments as needed.
7. What should I bring?
Just bring yourself in comfortable clothes.
Mats and props are provided at the studio. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
We recommend bringing a water bottle. Filtered water is available.
12. Are the classes open-level?
Yes, all of our classes are open-level. Our sessions are structured so that anyone can walk in and follow along easily, regardless of how much yoga experience you have. Instructors guide the class with clear, step-by-step instructions so you can focus on your own practice without ever feeling lost or left behind.
13. Are all the classes heated?
Our room is heated to 35-40 degrees celsius using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which when absorbed by our body can increase blood circulation, enhance the immune system and reduce joint pain and inflammation.
6. Can I join the yoga classes if I am pregnant?
Yes, absolutely! While pregnant individuals are advised to avoid traditional hot yoga, our room is kept at a comfortable, gentle warm temperature—not hot. It is completely safe for you to stretch and relax without the intense heat. Just be sure to check with your doctor first, and let your instructor know before class so they can give you the right modifications.
