Voucher's Terms & Conditions

• All vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

• To redeem this voucher, please download the XYZ Studio app, log in or create an account, select your package, and enter the promo code at checkout.

• Vouchers do not provide priority access or entry when the class is at full capacity.

• Our 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. To avoid forfeiting your voucher, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class time.

• Failure to attend a reserved class without prior notice will result in the voucher being considered redeemed, and it cannot be reused.

• In cases of emergencies, please contact the front desk. Exceptions are at the studio's discretion and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• In case of any disputes, XYZ (Alpha) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
