How early do I need to arrive before class?
In order to respect the instructor and other clients, all clients are recommended to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
What should I wear?
Form fitting workout clothes. We would also recommend compression and cycling pants for spin classes and yoga attire for movement classes.
Do you provide shoes?
Yes. Shoe rental is complimentary with all spin classes. Regular shoes are not allowed. For those who have their own road cycling shoes, you will need to have Look Keo cleats.

Do I need to bring water?
You are recommended to do so. There is also a water fountain for your use to fill up your bottle.
What is the minimum age to join a class?
The minimum age to join a spin class is 14 years old. All clients who are between the age of 14-18 must present a signed parental consent form in order to be able to join any classes. Anyone who is 152cm (5 feet) or below will not meet spin bike requirements.
Do you have private classes?

Are you open on public holidays?
Yes - at a reduced schedule. Please check online before coming to the studio for the updated schedule.
What type of music do you play?
A wide variety of music - 80's, 90's, pop, rock, house, hip-hop to classical music and everything in between. You can check out our instructors' playlist on their individual profiles to discover the music they depend on to blast through every class.
Can I join a spin class if I am pregnant?
Our recommendation is to avoid riding in the first and last trimester. If cycling is also not already part of your workout routine, then it is not something we recommend you to start doing while pregnant. It is best to consult with your doctor and the final decision is yours!
What should I do if I need to cancel my class?
XYZ has a twelve (12) hours cancellation policy. If you cancel your scheduled class less than twelve hours (12) before the start time, you will be charged for the class. Your series will be deducted. Please let us know if you think there has been an error and we are happy to look into for you.
Any no-show and late cancellation for Unlimited series clients will incur a $200 cancellation charge.

What is the expiry date of my series?
Each series package has their own distinct expiration date. The “expiry date” shown is the day the series is invalid. Thus, the final class taken must be the day before the specified date of expiry.
What should I do if I would like to extend my series?

What if I am late?
Clients will not be permitted to enter the studio once the class has started. Your credit will be deducted and non-refundable.
