Morgan has practiced yoga consistently since 2004 and intensified her studies with Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman starting in 2011. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour training with them. Additionally, Morgan has had the privilege of studying with Jarrad McCann, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Miguel Santana, who continue to inspire and teach her.
She has always been fascinated by how the body can move, twist and turn whilst conveying emotion and human connection through each step. Her career in classical and contemporary dance naturally led her to yoga, where she found a similar connection with the flow of the practice.
