Connie is passionate about helping others alleviate stress and tension from their bodies not only to enhance mobility but also to cultivate deeper mind-body awareness. She strives to create a nurturing and empowering practice for students of all levels.
Connie turned to yoga for low-impact exercise after sustaining a lower back injury. A former competitive figure skater, she initially became drawn to yoga as a means to challenge and grow her strength and flexibility. The shift of practising for the body to the mind began when yoga became a sanctuary to help deal with corporate burnout, relieve stress and re-centre the mind.
