ORIGINALLY FROM NEW YORK, EDITH STARTED PRACTICING YOGA CONSISTENTLY IN 2006. YOGA HAS HELPED HER FEEL IMMEDIATE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL BENEFITS AND, WITH ONGOING PRACTICE, ACHIEVE GREATER PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING OF HER BODY. AS A CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER IN HONG KONG, HER TEACHING METHOD FOCUSES ON AWARENESS OF THE BODY, BREATH, AND MIND.
She works closely with students to understand their body, spinal movement, alignment, and breathing—core elements in yoga for posture correction. EDITH is hands-on with students, offering yoga asanas for posture correction to help build strength, flexibility, and balance. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help others experience the extraordinary physical and mental benefits that yoga has provided her.
About Master
In 2010, EDITH completed 200 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. In 2012, she completed 300 hours of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at The International Yoga Academy (IYA) with Master Yogananth Andiappan as her main teacher. In 2013, she further completed 100 hours of Intensive Intermediate to Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre in Chennai, India. In 2019, she completed 100 hours of Pranayama and Meditation Teacher Training at the International Yoga Academy (IYA).
EDITH is a versatile teacher in various styles and levels of yoga, with a strong focus on yoga for posture correction and holistic wellbeing.
