TEERAWAT NANTIYAKUL IS A PASSIONATE HONG KONG YOGA INSTRUCTOR WHO INTEGRATES MOVEMENT SCIENCE, BREATH AWARENESS, AND MINDFUL TRAINING TO HELP STUDENTS BUILD INNER STRENGTH AND IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. HIS TEACHING COMBINES YOGA ASANA, BREATHWORK, AND FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY TO SUPPORT PHYSICAL VITALITY AND MENTAL CLARITY.

Through his classes, students learn to move intelligently, develop sustainable habits, and unlock resilience using the tools they already possess. Teerawat’s approach is grounded in compassion, discipline, and the belief that transformation begins with awareness.

About TEERAWAT

Teerawat grew up as a multi-sport athlete and served in the Thai military, experiences that shaped his understanding of strength, endurance, and discipline. Over time, he discovered that yoga asana, breathwork, and mobility training were not just methods for staying fit, they became essential practices for staying grounded, agile, and mentally focused.

As a full-time science educator, Teerawat brings evidence-based insight into his work as a breathwork instructor and yoga asana instructor, helping students improve their fitness and well-being safely and intelligently. His classes are designed to challenge the body while nourishing the soul, offering a holistic path to wellness.
